Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley has been an established Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was among the richest and most popular. He starred in the cult classic film Shottas with another famous singer Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani got signed to Shang Records in 1996 where the first album he put out was Like Father Like Son. He has also released a number of singles, including Judge Not with Patra and Dear Dad (which reached the highest position on the British Reggae Charts) as well as the Who the Cap Fit Remix and Sensimelia. The majority of them contributed to his growing popularity with the young generation of reggae artists. In 1997, Ky-Mani teamed up together with Praswell (Fugees) on Avenue an acclaimed cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was a part of the Midem event (an international music showcase), which was first staged in Miami.
